We ship Monday to Friday and strive to dispatch same day for all orders received by 1 pm on business days. Otherwise, all orders will be dispatched within 24 hours or the next business day if in stock. We use NZ Couriers and Post Haste for deliveries.
Tracking your order
Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch you will receive an email with tracking information. Please keep in mind that the tracking number will not become active until it has been picked up by NZ Couriers
Alternatively, log in to your X50 Lifestyle NZ Account to see your order status and shipping details.
If by mistake you’ve entered the wrong address please email email@example.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, we will be able to update your order with the correct shipping details. If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to contact NZ Couriers to redirect the parcel.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error (or any other error) made by you, you will be responsible for any further freight charges incurred in redelivering the order to you.
